HongKong 2010 Day 3 Part 2

Continuing from previous post, we moved on to the outdoor area of the peak to take pictures. We were so lucky to go at the right timing where we not only got to see the day scenery but the night scenery of HK as well! The setting of the sun was so beautiful but as the night fell, the weather turned chilly!
Enjoy the pictures!

isn't this picture quite artistic?

These people who stay at the peak must be so rich that they do not need to leave their house and people will buy food or serve them! Cos the journey down by driving was a little giddy! lol

this pic is nice right?

Then Beth was not feeling well so instead of joining the super long queue for the tram ride, we decided to take taxi down which was a wise decision! We reached IFC Mall at Central so much faster.
We were kinda hungry but couldn't find anything nice to eat at that mall. So, we walked to the Central Ferry Terminal and took a Star ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui! We wanted to catch the Symphony of Lights along Avenue of Stars but the plan was put off because of our hungry stomachs! LOL

Walking towards the ferry terminal and the bridge is long...

reclamation work along the coastline...

A very short journey which took around 5 min?

Reached! Looking for dinner...

That's Harbour City!

Dinner!

Beth went home and Des and I were left on our own. So, we walked around to explore the area.

Saw another mobile softie van...

Saw a beautiful clock tower...

Walking along the coast and admiring the scenery over at Central...

HK Cultural Centre

Gorgeous The Peninsula! So beautifully and thoughtfully decorated!

We finally called it a day after walking down the streets of Tsim Sha Tsui.

Will post about Day 4 soon...

PS: School starts and although it's only 6 weeks, the amount of work makes this semester a rushed one. We have to start working on our assignments early and I am just not in the mood to do so. :(
