My Cousins: En en and Mei Mei

The girls came back to Singapore with their mum on the first week of Dec and I think I have spent enough quality time with them, bringing them out and most importantly playing with them!

See how much they grow!

You won't believe if I tell you that it's not hard to play with them because these two mischievous girls really treats me like their age! Lol. And they love to call me Ah Li instead of Sally Jie Jie. Now that they are going back to NZ soon, I thought it may be good that I dedicate one blog post to my adorable 'playmates' hahaha...

Ever since I lent them my iPhone, they have been obsessed with it, begging me to lend them every time they see me. Funny thing is that they even know how to use a certain app (Tzuki Snap) and have been creatively snapping random pictures and video-ing!

Here are some of their creations, mostly coming from Mei Mei.

 hahaha.. look so real!

The captions that you see on the pics all came from them!

Karaoke @ Teo Heng, Katong Laksa and Awfully Chocolate

I shall let the pictures do the talking...

I think I kept hogging the microphone! Sorry gals!

Then, we went for Katong laksa as our dear Michelle missed it sooooo much. Well, it was an interesting dinner as I think the server thought that we are some tourists! lol

Oh, and I brought them to Awfully Chocolate for some dessert! Yummy stuff!

My superstacked chocolate cake!

Cold poached choc with alcohol!

SH ordered this unique choc muffin which was coated with a thick choc cream and melted choc in the middle! SO sinful!

The cakes are so delicious. I don't really like chocolate but I kind of like their chocolate cake :)!

Yacht Party 8Jan

Thanks to Karen and Kelvin, the two Ks, we were invited to head out to the sea on a yacht!
The last time I was on one was with my sis's company and that yacht was huge.
This time round, I was really looking forward as it was my first time meeting des's friends. But, the yacht definitely paled in comparison with the one I took many years back.
Originally, it was supposed to be a bigger boat. But due to some miscommunication, the yacht we had was small and cramped for a group of 13.

Anyway, we set off before noon to Keppel Bay @ Marina where the yacht was.

gloomy day...

there's a restaurant where you can enjoy brunch outdoors.

the one behind is not the yacht ah

the gang

we passed by St John's Island

overcast, lucky it didn't rain...

landing at a secluded island which I did not know the name

some of these guys were glad to leave the boat for a breather. seasickness lol...

exploring the small island

the island is pretty well-maintained though there wasn't anyone other than us and another group of visitors

Then we saw rows of lalangs and decided to take some MTV pics lol...

go on, laugh at me! lol

i like this pic!

another sailboat we saw

we stayed at this place for like half an hr and it just made seasickness worse! Luckily, I know not to stay indoor.

poor guys who refused to take motion sickness pill and yet kept staying indoors and eat. See the consequences...

We finally moved on to see the houses at Sentosa Cove.

it get really windy and the water was soooooooooooo choppy! It's like taking a roller coaster ride!

see the waves

After that, we went to Vivo for dinner and one of des's friends was very generous. He treated all of us to watch Gulliver's travel.

THE END

Lol how abrupt!
