How I SPeNt My HolidAys!!

As i wished, the day i have been waiting for so long finally arrived.. it's none other than my holiday! i dun have to work from the 12th all the way to the 17th of Feb, isn't it shiok? y did i applied for so many days of leave, u must be wondering? No, i am not going overseas, which i may be hoping for anytime soon, but i just wan to pamper myself.. Obviously, being the typical Sally who dun like to go out, having soo many resting days will just make me feel bored. And i can assure u that i am feeling it now and i still have two more days to go..



Wednesday Night


It was the farewell dinner for Michelle.. She is leaving for Brisbane next wednesday and wun be seeing her soon...so sad.. we had steamboat plus bbq for dinner.. i personally find it ex cos i ended up toking more than eating but i did enjoyed it because i had presents from Shu hui and KT and souveniers from Michelle!!!! So sweet rite, SH and KT made me some cookies for my valentine's day present, knowing that i am very sensitive abt such gift! hahahahahah, just kidding, i am not! i cut a terrible fringe so i will not show u guys those hideous pics! oh, and SH gave me a very special gift to celebrate my new job! guess what?

Went to visit the Zoo with Joan! I visit it almost once every year.. and i know i am very bad cos i purposely persuade Joan to take leave to join me.. but it's a good deal isn't it? free entry, visit all the animals and watched all the shows and have nice dinner after that! we practically finished watching all the animal shows! that's my first time! very fun, enjoyable, tiring and full! wahaha.. will upload the pics soon k..

did nothing but slack all day.. so used to working and moving ard real fast, the sudden change in speed make me feel useless.. will i be able to adapt once i change to teaching? i hope so

Valentine's day! what a nice day to spend with ur loved ones.. having no bf at the moment, i spent it with my dearest bro, cos he also had no gf at the moment.. i am not in a hurry to find one but he is hahah.. to mak him feel better, i cooked for him.. be prepared cos i spent the whole day making some realli good dishes..

Dinner: Swedish meatball spaghetti with chicken mushroom soup

i have to say (not haolian ah), it's not too difficult to cook nowsaday.. especially for those who are lazy.. because having spent an afternoon at the supermarket, i found that there are actualli alot of aid u can get from canned food or those ready packed ones.. it's easy to whip out a few dishes..


My proudest creation? It had to be the cupcakes cos this is the first time i bake and everything turned up ok! The sweetness is ok, the texture is ok (though it's not exactly those moist and fluffy kind of cupcake but more like scones, english types), and my mum say the taste is ok too! When u add up everything, it is simply delicious! and turned up baking is so fun..my bro-in-law likes it, my sis likes it and my bro likes it! Start ordering, haha, alrite i will make sum for u guys to try k...



and last but not least, today i cook a new dish, mayb joan will find it familiar , it's taste so yummy ok! actualli i imitate one of teh dishes from dian xiao er..
