Lydias's 6th Birthday

Last Friday was my cousin Lydias's 6th birthday and she invited us to her little house party! I had so much fun but most importantly, the birthday girl was the center of attention where relatives were all busy snapping pictures of her and her huge Fireman Pooh cake!

The cake is 2 or 3 kg and it was so big that it could not fit into normal refrigerator. My 2nd aunt had to keep it in an air-conditioned room! lol

Dinner at Nonya Memories

After spending an afternoon with Aunt and cousins at Parkway Parade, Mum, Des and I decided to have our dinner at Heartland Mall. It was Des's recommendation to try out this nonya restaurant called Nonya Memories (if I get the name correctly). Apparently, it's a pretty new restaurant and Mum was very tempted by the Ayam Buah Kelak that she saw on the menu. Here's what we ordered:

Sambal Prawns

Overall the food is pretty good considering that they are like those home-cooked meals and the price is cheap too.

PS: Before I end off this post, I just wanna say how grateful I am for having Des as my boyfriend. Maybe I didn't really mention much about him in my blog cos I always have this idea that girls shouldn't praise about their bf or they will jinx the r/s. But! I am always so happy when he knows what my mind is thinking and how he can make me smile the whole day through the smallest actions so THANK YOU DES!

A gift for Lucas!

So, for the past 10 weeks, I have been taking lots of pictures and videos of Baby Lucas. I wanted to do something for him but due to busy schedule, the plan has been delayed weeks after weeks. Two days ago, I finally got to sit down and start on it. Before I knew it, I have already finished what I planned.

Video-taking with You Xuan and Desmond

If you follow my twitter account, I have said some months back that I need to film a video for one of my science module where I create a scenario with a problem posed at the end. Shan't elaborate about the content but I managed to get the help of my cousin, YouXuan and Desmond to act in the video. So here it goes...

Double 2 (Part Three)

So, I finally get to meet SH and KT after what seems like such a long time! I think the last time we met was two months ago?

Anyway, these two girls were nice enough to bring me on a shopping trip! To get my birthday present which was a Mac Blusher that I love! (michelle, thanks too!) We went to Orchard and walked super long ok! KT even treated us to bubble tea from Happy Lemon from Ion's basement and I was smart enough to choose Blueberry Magic Burst! They went with some milk tea and grapefruit tea and were complaining about how "not-nice" their drinks were! LOL! See, reading 8days has its benefit ok!

So here comes the pics...

After some shopping, we were so tired and so we went to Es Teler at Level 4 of Far East Plaza for some Indonesian food.

26 days to HK trip!

So on my actual birthday, I was pleased and grateful to receive over 60 birthday wishes from my friends! Thank you so much. I had a wonderful day with Des, shopping and caught the very entertaining and thrilling movie, Next Three Days by Russell Crowe.

Then we had dinner at Crystal Jade Herbal Restaurant and it was fantabulous! I had a great time shopping for clothes and body care products at Watson!
